4: Winter Solstice ~ Yule

In this episode we talk about the first sabbat of the turn in the Wheel of the Year - the Winter Solstice, or Yule. We chat about the themes that Yule brings up and how we might feel as we enter Winter (think cozy winter, Christmas vibes). We give you some ideas for how to honour yourself in this season or how to celebrate Yule (especially for us in the Southern Hemisphere when it doesn't line up with Christmas like it does in the Northern Hemisphere).
