It’s like cutting off our right hand if convicted of sin.Purging and pruning result in fruitful Christian life. Sanctification requires conviction and radical willingness. When was the last time we experienced pain in sanctification?John 15:2Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.Day 32: Hurdle for sanctificationPs 95:7For he is our God,and we are the people of his pasture,and the sheep of his hand.Today, if you hear his voice,do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah,as on the day at Massah in the wilderness,The most important hurdle for sanctification is Hardened Heart. You see that time and again all across the scriptures. Hardened heart, as defined by the Lord in Mark 8:17, 18….cannot see, hear, understand or remember.Hardened heart is result of our indulgence in day to day stuff. People at Massah did exactly that. Lord called hardened heart people as rebellious people!!!! How easily we can rebel against God!!Lord sanctify me🙏Heb 3:16For who were those who heard and yet rebelled? Was it not all those who left Egypt led by Moses?Day 33: Conviction and SanctificationJohn 16:8And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment:Another most important thing in the process of sanctification is the conviction from the Holy Spirit. He convicts the non-believers of sins. He convicts the believers of righteousness and all people of judgement. When we don’t harden our hearts we get the conviction from the Lord.
