#40: James Hargreaves

Having helped me with my induction into the gym and being a figure that I have always looked up to, James has been a part of my life since my early teenage years and has always been someone that I have sought guidance from. The both of us chat about his recent endeavours as a CrossFit athlete, alongside the sacrifices and people that he has surrounded himself with in order to achieve his personal goals. James reflects on his childhood and the steps leading up to where he is now; running two businesses and doing the things that he loves for work.
