Being able to talk easily and professionally with a diverse audience is increasingly important as the world of work continues to evolve. Our words play an enormous role in how we dis/connect with each other: never underestimate the impact an off-hand comment can have or for well-intended banter to backfire. We are joined this week by the amazing Anusha Parshotam. Working as an Exec Coach, Anusha has a fascinating background and works with organisations to help create cultures that are diverse and inclusive. Not sure what is the right or wrong thing to say?
