40. Plugging Money Leaks

How much money is leaking out of your business? Today I share a super simple strategy that can literally save you $1,000s in your business. Cash money that will drop to your bottom line. By taking half an hour a month to review your expenses and asking yourself the following questions, you will be amazed at just how much money is actually leaking out of your business unnecessarily. As you review your expenses, ask: 1. Is this expense 100% necessary for opening the doors of my business? 2. Is this expense making me money? 3. Is this expense saving me money? 4. Is this expense saving me time? If you answer NO to any of these questions or you are not sure, then cancel the expense as soon as possible. When I implemented this strategy in my business I saved over $60,000, and my one of my clients in the Profit2Cash program this year has saved over $35,000 and is aiming to save another $100,000 in the coming financial year!!
