#40 - Self awareness, self examination & finding / embracing authenticity

Hello people. In todays episode I discuss my journey with self examination & self awareness. How its allowed me to understand myself and integrate more of my emotional world, and embrace true authenticity. I'm by no means the best at this and I'm still working on it, but its given me the opportunity to move forward and improve my own life in both my day to day and times of crisis.Theres some practical tips towards the back end and a little reading from myself to start (something I've never done before so maybe it could become a consistent, who knows?!).
