Well, when the package showed up, I could tell right away something was wrong. The tiles were not the same color as the ones I already had. I even double-checked my order to make sure I hadn't clicked the wrong option, and I didn't. I ordered the same one as before.This tells me the seller is having problems keeping their inventory organized. It seems like they're not labeling their products correctly, or they're just grabbing whatever they have and shipping it out without making sure it's actually what the customer ordered.The part that really annoys me is that this isn't the first time it's happened. You'd think after the first mix-up they'd have their system together, but apparently not. It's frustrating when you're in the middle of a project and then everything comes to a stop because someone couldn't take a few extra seconds to make sure they were sending the correct item.
