#409 After Action Report - The Mindset.

Send us Fan Mail We do an after action report on a sold-out police officer and firefighter appreciation comedy show, focusing on the mistakes that still matter even when the night is a win. We break down how we protect tempo, tighten joke placement, and make sure every laugh works for the entire room. • using an after action report to improve without ego • moving the Russian accent opener to match the longer Russia story later • starting with reliable crowd work to build early momentum • cutting jokes with long delays that create dead air • spotting when silence breaks rhythm and tempo • removing physical bits that the back of the room cannot see • tightening setups where the juice is not worth the squeeze • reediting the full hour and planning new material to fill gaps • setting a bigger next goal with a large military base show Check me out.
