In this episode of the Ideas on Stage podcast we spoke with Serena Sabala.   Serena is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Yoga Teacher and Fitness Trainer who has studied the subjects of wellness and nutrition for over ten years and has a unique approach to health. She is the author of the highly rated book “Make The Shift - A Prove Method for Busy Professionals to Transform their Health, Wellbeing and Confidence”.   When she was only 8 years old her father, a very successful and busy entrepreneur, got really sick, with huge consequences for him and the whole family.
