On February 7, 1999 Paul Skiba owner at Tuff Movers, brought his 9 year old daughter, Sarah, along on a moving job along with his employee Lorenzo Chivers. Paul was not scheduled to work that day, he was supposed to be spending the weekend with his daughter as he only got her every other weekend.
