Tim Eder is a DJ and graduate Audio Engineer living in Mainz / Germany. He is a DJ and graduate Audio Engineer living in Mainz / Germany. He is collecting and spinning records since he is 14 years old. His style is defined as an atmospheric journey from House to Techno and back - meandering between deep, groovy, funky, jazzy, discoish, soulful, dubby and trippy vibes. Tim's taste is heavily influenced by the sound of the early days of Chicago House and Detroit Techno. Together with the impact of the Rhein-Main area and the bearings from Berlin's scene, he developed a profound understanding and very own definition of electronic music. Besides the four on the floor, he is deep into experimental Trip-Hop and cinematic Ambient. Tim is working at the SAE Institute Frankfurt, where he shares his passion and skills with likeminded music lovers. Since 2018 he is running the vinyl label ''Feuilleton Music'' together with his longterm fellow and DJ partner Chris Gruber aka Fossar. The video was recorded in Frankfurt mid January 2021, when the streets were deserted and it just had snowed. Tim about Frankfurt: When I think of Frankfurt, I think about my resident club Tanzhaus West. It’s located in an old paint factory in the Gutleut area. Surrounded by a rather cold industrial scenery, I had some of the best moments in life on the small and intimate floor called Dora Brilliant (@dora-brilliant). But not only the extrovert club experiences are coming to my head when I think about this gem of a location. Sitting in the oasis next to the little pond in the garden of the backyard and listening to the water coming out of the disco ball fountain is pure relaxation, too. These times I often think about the nights and days I spent there dancing with likeminded people.
