Personal development is about Learning new things and Investing in yourself is very important if you are working for yourself. If you enjoy learning along the way, mistakes don’t matter if you learn from them The 3 metrics for investment decisions reward to risk reward tp effort opportunity cost can also be applied to personal development. Try to keep interested and curious and on your learning journey be conscious and understand where you started your journey. If you have knowledge of your own it’s a perfect way to share and help others Most people don’t get into property or grow because they fear rejection. Finding right finance solution is a  big challenge for many people. To find the right investment you have to be prepared to 1 find the right deal 2 pick up the phone and expect at least 9 rejections before you get a yes  When looking at an investment decision Not just looking at the property asset and the plan Also who’s going to be doing it whats the local context Theres so much more to a property deal  than just the price Important to have a clear strategy, it might change but it is something to follow know your own strengths and be able to use them effectively.
