Unser Familienurlaub auf Sizilien hat mich mal wieder sehr inspiriert und gestärkt. Jedoch geschah auch etwas, was mir Angst machte: Ich verlor die Verbindung zu meinem Mann. Ich fühlte mich nicht gesehen, nicht geschätzt, allein. Mein Alltag hatte nahezu einen Trance-artigen Zustand bis ich verstand, was da los war. Wir führten ein Parallel-Leben als Eltern.

Im Podcast berichte ich sehr persönlich, wie – mit Verlaub – scheiße sich das anfühlte, woran es vermeintlich lag und wie wir damit umgegangen sind?

So viel kann ich vorweg nehmen. Es passiert viel schneller als man denkt, dass Mama und Papa sich von einander entfernen. Das kann viele Gründe haben. Für uns war dann wichtig, dass wir das Thema schnell angegangen sind und zwar „Jetzt und Zusammen“.

Ich freue mich, diese Erfahrung hier mit dir zu teilen. Hoffentlich schöpfst du dadurch Kraft, einen realistischen Blick für das Leben als Eltern, eine gesunde Einstellung zu Problemen und Inspiration, dein eigenes schönes Familienleben aufzubauen. Viel Freude auch beim Teilen meiner Geschichte. So helfen wir brillanten Geschöpfe einander. Deine Lima.
