44 | Are You Relating to God Like He's a Narcissist? - What Covert Narcissistic Abuse Does to Your Faith

Do you ever feel like you have to keep it together before God — like the real version of what you feel is too risky to actually say? After narcissistic abuse, do you find yourself bracing for God's disapproval punishment when things go wrong? I share one of the harder seasons of my healing journey: navigating a court situation with the narcissist, depending on God completely, and realising I was secretly performing for His approval, bracing for punishment when things did not go my way, and terrified that He would expose my shortcomings the way the narcissist did.
