Today's episode features Valerie Daniel, PhD., LCSW    Dr. Valerie Daniel, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and owner/operator with a private practice called Life's Crossings. In her practice, Dr. Daniel works with clients dealing with a variety of issues from life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Dr. Daniel has worked in a variety of positions in her career from case manager to director, and with many different populations from children to seniors over the course of her career so far.
