You need to focus on profit more and protect it.6. You rise to the requirements even if you think you can't. 7. You will have SO MUCH more compassion for yourselfAnd remember if you're a parent, you've done more by 9am than most people, so you are doing better than you think. Keeping little humans alive and happy and healthy is a miracle you create every day - even on your bad days.
