44| Leadership in the Kingdom Looks Different Than What the Hospital Taught You

The hospital taught you to lead from a title. God is calling you to lead from an identity. There is a nurse right now who has been charge, been preceptor, been the one everyone looks to when things fall apart and she is excellent at it. She has led in moments that had no protocol, poured clarity into panicked rooms not because she was fearless but because the Holy Spirit made a way, and carried her team through shifts that should not have ended the way they did. But underneath all of that excellence is a quiet tension she has never fully named. The leadership she was trained to perform and the leadership God placed inside her are not the same thing.
