#44 Richard Nguyen

After the off chance of competing in our first powerlifting competition together, Richard and I have become good friends that share the same passion as one another. We chat all things post-university, break-ups and dive into his current situation at home; a story that needs to be recognised and respected due to the sheer hard work and love that he demonstrates for his family. I have the utmost respect for Richard and the way he handles himself and I want everyone to know how resilient he is.
