44. YOU Lead

The truth is you are the leader of your life. You may not be great at it yet, but the more you show up, the better you become. And this is why I’m of the mindset that leaders are made. Along the way, failure has bewildered us into believing we cant lead. But getting up after failure and going back into the trenches takes leadership. Especially after facing a loss, it’s the quality of mental toughness that helps to build the leader's character. But mental toughness isn’t built overnight; it requires grit, will, and the decision to keep going even on days when you don’t feel like it.
