#449 Building Emotional Intelligence for the New Year with Frank Lojero

Frank Lojero started his working career in the legal environment, eventually becoming a Paralegal. Beginning in the Bankruptcy department, he moved from legal to banking. As a Vice President of Special Assets Manager for over 14 years, Frank had the opportunity to continue his education at Chapman University with a major in Organizational Leadership. Since then, he's become very interested in leadership development and team building. Frank has been told by colleagues both past and present that he's always had a great sense of emotional intelligence and understood that without it, effective leadership would not and could not exist. This past year, Frank was given the opportunity work his dream job. He now helps to train and coach managers and executives with their own emotional intelligence and leadership strategies to engage and improve their teams' performance using the soft skills he considers most powerful.
