#45 - 7th Virtual Coaches Talk - America - Coaches Favorite Sets

Favorite Sets Focus of the Set. How/When you use them? Do they Evolve throughout the season? How it Correlates, to how they swim at the end of the season. (May 6th, 2020 - 12:00 p.m. New York time) Many many great sets were shared by coaches from all over the world during this 7th Virtual Coaches talk that we are having every Wednesday.  Very good time with everyone and great sets from everyone that we may be able to use in our programs and we can share with our coaching community. Here are the files of the sets that some coaches set me to post. Mark Jayasundara (SG Frankfurt, Germany), Kyle Williams (New Jersey Race Club, USA), Scott Thacker (Roanoke College, USA), Richard Hall (Hackney Aquatics Club, UK), Jon Sakovich (Lakeside Aquatic Club, USA), Trevor Rill (JCC Swimming, USA) and Pablo Malvacio (Municipio de Esteban Echeverria & Pileta Abiertas, Argentina): Nicole Kaupp (University of Chicago, USA): Brian Thomas (George Washington University, USA): Me ;-):   Again a great day for our coaching community not just because what was shared but for seven weeks straight coming back to just share these moments and help one another to grow as people and as coaches. Thank You All! See you next Wednesday.
