45. Getting Curious with Self Sabotage and Working Through It

In today's episode, I chat about an aha moment I had on the day of recording when I almost self sabotaged my plans to action soul nudges by leaving my house to visit my family instead. It was subtle, but after getting curious, I realized my bottom line was to escape my responsibilities, much like I've done hundreds of time in the past. Having the awareness of this pattern, I was able to identify it early, get curious about it without judgement and refocus to what is in my best interest for the day; working on some projects and things around the house.
