Text me!Unpopular Opinion: Most people do not know what they are doing when it comes to interviewing potential employees. Just because you have a have a Manager, Director, VP or C-Suite title does not make you qualified to interview potential employees. The reality is that most people have not been trained or taught exactly how to interview a potential employee. The good news- it's a skill you can learn! It's best practice to be prepared for the interview with questions.  In today's episode, I had the opportunity to sit down with Interviewing Expert and Co-Founder of Expert Interviewers Lorna Erickson. It was during that time, Lorna learned the tools and techniques that yielded the highest results in both interviewing efficiently and hiring accurately.   Shortly after finding her expertise, came her desire to share that information with others.
