In this instalment, we talk to Marc & Jacques Verite from Bistrot Vérité in Birkdale, Southport. Was so good to have a chat to them both, we talk about so many great topics. Interestingly they are both from a family business, so it was good to see both their perspectives. I absolutely love these chaps, I can see why they are respected by so many in the industry.
