Meredith is a trauma informed certified yoga instructor. She shares her journey of how she numbed the pain with infidelity as she discovered self-care and healing in exercise and yoga. Investigating that the pose you don’t want to do, maybe the pose you need to do. Similarly, the anger, pain, fear you want to avoid, is likely the place you need to go for healing. Discussing how experiencing God is similar to a car.
