Kristýna Cejnarová a Lucie Bášová z platformy Mumdoo nechtějí plošná nařízení ani povinné návraty po pár měsících. Chtějí, aby mámy měly možnost volby: kdo chce, ať zůstane doma; kdo nechce, ať má férovou flexibilitu a podporu. „Rodiče se bez té flexibility prostě nehnou z místa,“ shodují se obě.👉 Proč ženy po návratu do práce berou stejné peníze jako před třemi lety?👉 Jaké druhy flexibility práce mohou zaměstnavatelé (nejen) maminkám nabídnout?👉 A proč by do systému měli víc vstupovat i tátové?Nakonec ale jak obě říkají: „Všechno stojí a padá na financích.“
