47: Never Stop Growing with Marsha Legault

from The Transformation Project · host The Transformation Project

Imagine going to visit your adult daughter and grandchildren in another country, being told you are going to do a marathon in 11 days when you have never done one before...and actually doing it!  We were so excited to interview Jessica's mom Marsha Legault in this episode about the incredible mindset and attitude that she has about personal growth.  Marsha is a single mom of 4 and grandmother to 8 (so far).  She's a retired Canadian high school drama teacher learning to navigate this new chapter of life. By continuously challenging herself and trying new things she finds herself being surprised by what she can accomplish. During her teaching years her focus was to help students to be the best versions of themselves in that moment and be ready to continue to grow into lifelong learners. Now she is focusing on adapting drama based breathing and mindfulness techniques and being in the moment A wonderful episode and reminder that we can do new and hard things, no matter our age or stage of life. We also have our next 10 Day Reset starting on May 15th and we are opening it up to all of you! Please head to our website, Instagram or Facebook pages to connect with us and hop on board with us
