48. Decluttering Stuff That Isn’t Yours [The Great Debate!]

from Transform Your Life Podcast · host Cass Henry

Deciding whether or not to declutter items that are not yours while you're in the momentum of decluttering your home is always a touchy subject. In the end I believe that mutual respect is important as well as getting consent from the other person before declutter their items is important. This is a bit different when it comes to your small children's items. When it comes to kids, I think we should be teaching them from a young age about decluttering their items and how to make those kinds of decisions often and then doing the process with them until they can do it on their own. There are lots of ways to navigate the decluttering process when it comes to share items or items that do not belong to you which I talk about in this weeks episode! I'm curious about your thoughts on the subject! Feel free to let me know your thoughts over on Instagram @_casshenry. Send me a DM and lets chat!
