Today, I am talking with Dr. Lorea Martinez. Dr. Martinez started her career as a special education teacher and administrator, is the founder of HEART in Mind Consulting, author of Teaching with the HEART in Mind, and mom of two. It's critical that leaders understand that the needs of the education system goes beyond productivity - to create a space for the students that prioritizes the WHOLE CHILD.
