49: [On-Air Coaching] Re-Engage Your Tribe With Resi Connell

Welcome to Episode 49, where once again I invite you to listen in on a strategy session with one of the members of my PR Pro Membership Community. I have been cheering Resi Connell on for more than a year, and today, October 4, 2017, the day this podcast episode goes live, is a big day for her. It’s the culmination of months of really hard work to bring a dream to reality. Resi is a mom, she is an educator, she loves the outdoors. She is bringing together everything she loves into one life-changing project in the Richmond, Virginia area. Today, she is opening the doors to the area’s first farm-based school - the ultimate hands-on learning environment for students. It has not been an easy journey. Not at all. Since I’ve known Resi, I have encouraged her to make connections with journalists and start doing videos to showcase the amazing space her students will get to learn in. She’s gotten media mentions and support around this project. I wanted to share our strategy session with you because it’s a lesson for all of us on the importance of connecting fully with the people who support us. Resi has been running around, finding property, raising funds, recruiting students, and now she has a bit of time to focus on letting people know about what’s been going on.
