49. Riding A Breakthrough

A client's best insights will come when they are in a Breakthrough State. This is when they are tapping into their highest level of consciousness. These moments happen quickly before they go away. As a coach, you want your client to capitalize on the moments they are experiencing a breakthrough so they can extract as much power and insight from that breakthrough as possible. It's kinda like when a surfer prepares to ride a wave. If the surfer catches the wave at the right time, they are able to ride it and go very far. But they need to catch the wave at the exact right time before it washes over them. When your client rides a breakthrough, they will get exponentially more value from the session and get better results outside of the session.
