In this episode, I reflect on my transformative trip to Cuba in January 2025, sharing stories I didn't share previously on the podcast. The memories I share from Havana and Vinales are the ones still alive in me 9 months later, and helped shape some of my recent decisions. This trip was a major reset for me. The immense feeling of freedom I experienced while I was there reminded me what it feels like to honor myself and be in my own energy.
