from The Empower Create Encourage Podcast · host Alessandra Charlesworth

I fell in love and experienced the beauty of allowing myself to be brave and vulnerable and fall in love. When the relationship ended I was absolutely devastated. In this episode I share three 5,4,3,2,1 techniques that helped me these last three months when I felt the ground underneath me had crumbled. These techniques helped me connect with myself, respect myself, and love myself as I discovered who I was and what I needed. It helped me build and strengthen my self worth. I'm still in the process of discovering who I am and what I need. These techniques for grounding, regulating my nervous system, and building a relationship with myself are what empower me every day to be brave and believe that I can create my own happiness. I hope they empower you to believe in your own happiness and that you are a creator of it.
