Life is full of tough choices and life changing decisions, most of which are hard to make. In today's episode, we're going to be diving into the importance of making hard decisions while growing through tough transitions. Throughout our lives, we are constantly changing and constantly evolving but not everyone talks about the impact it can have on our mental health. Changes are a huge part of life that can be challenging to adapt to but so so possible!
