Fable are a relatively new entrant to the market, they are producing alternative proteins products including beef & pork from mushrooms.Michael has extensive global experience as an entrepreneur, he founded and led Shoes of Prey a women's fashion business for a number of years. Michael is passionate about the food he consumes and so founded Fable as he saw a market opportunity, he understands consumers, mass markets and how detrimental following a consumer trend can potentially be.
