In this episode we are talking about the "should's" - all the things we think we "should" be or do - the social norms, arbitrary rules, external expectations. We chat about some of our experiences in how trying to live up to unrealistic expectations has impacted us and how we've navigated coming back to ourselves and our inner authority and values.
