It’s Buffy’s 17th Birthday and the Scooby gang are planning a surprise party. You would think that Buffy has enough things jumping out at her from the dark, but she seems really moved by the effort her friends put in. This is the Hellmouth, though, so her party is interrupted by vampires and a severed arm in a box. Penny and special guest Anwen discuss romance, vengeance, ethics, vampire makeup and fangs and have a grand time doing it.
