Just a quick reminder for the audience—ISNPs or Institutional Special Needs Plans—are Medicare Advantage plans that limit enrollment eligibility to Medicare beneficiaries who live or are expected to live in a long term care institution for 90 days or longer.  You have to be an ISNP owner if you want to share in savings.
