5 Traits That The Most Successful People Have

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

I wrote an email to my email list last week and it had the title, "Success Leaves Clues" and it was one of the most positively responded to emails that I have written and so I thought, why not give a little more context and detail to that email by creating a podcast around the same topic. I have been helping people change their habits, improve their health and live better lives for over 15 years and while I certainly don't have all of the answers, I have noticed a common theme amongst the clients that achieve their goals compared to those who don't. I have spent in excess of 20,000 hours face to face with clients (both online and in person at my clinic) and I would like to share with you the top 5 traits or actions that my most successful clients exhibit. Success comes in many forms and can range from finding balance in life to spend more time with family to running an internationally successful company to losing weight or focusing on running a marathon. Those clients I have seen find most success and have achieved their goals, don't always have all 5 traits and I am not suggesting that if you tick off all 5 of these that it is a recipe for success. HOWEVER, success leaves clues and if you have been struggling to find success on your fat loss journey, within your career or life in general and can't put a yes next to some or all of the points I mention in this podcast, then it might be time to take a look at what you are doing on a day to day basis and maybe look to make a change. I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast and as always I hope it brings value to you and your life. I hope you enjoy the episode and if you did and haven't already, please go and give the podcast a quick review and 5 star rating as it would mean the world to me and then DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE to make sure you never miss an episode!!!
