5 | Why I started a podcast + my words for 2021

While picking a word of the year has been something I like to do, this year I went with 3 of them. And the 3rd one, SPEAK is how I ended up recording a podcast. Creating a podcast has been something I've wanted to do for years, but it just hasn't been the right time in my life or business. And then it was. Over the years, I've learned how to listen and trust my gut and a few weeks ago, I knew it was the right time.
