#50 Emotional Abuse, Gaslighting and Manipulation with Jeff Ford MS LMFT Part 1 | Healing with WORTH

Jeff Ford MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in St. George, UT. Jeff specializes in treating pornography and sexual addiction. He also works with spouses and family members that are affected by addiction.   We are honored to have Jeff with us today to discuss a topic he is very passionate about.  Over many years of working with men and women dealing with sex addiction, he is helping the women he works with individually and in group recognize the emotional abuse the sex addiction is causing in their relationship. Helping women break free of denial and recognize the emotional abuse, gas lighting and manipulation, women will then have questions of what do I do now and how do I move forward?  Now holding on to that reality, we need to learn how to set boundaries.  Group therapy plays a vital role in helping women with the guidance of a therapist and support of other women make those boundaries and learn how to keep them in their life.   We hope you enjoy this week's episode and stay tuned for part 2 coming next week.
