Send us Fan MailWe call it Desxit:  Are you in or out - the physical office?  Workplace location is the new Brexit and for many teams this topic is similarly as divisive and contentious depending on beliefs around hybrid working.  The pandemic triggered millions into working from home; now the tide is turning  and people are being recalled back to the office once again. Getting back to the world of lanyards stirs up emotional and practical challenges from having to rebalance life around a commute. From signing office leases to buying a railcard again, our physical work location has massive implications for both personal daily routine and organisational performance.  This is a period of social change where we either accommodate or alienate different team members - and we share anonymous examples where this change is being dealt with well. The legal frameworks have not yet been written so 'hybrid workplaces' really is a work in progress...listen to our take and let us know your stand on the best environment to work: Are you in or out?
