50. Who Are You Being When No One is Watching?
from Aligned & Powerful w/ Andrea Andree
I was at a conference last week that had me asking: what's the purpose of a conference, anyway? Sure, they can inspire and teach. But are they enough to build powerful leaders? I conclude that conferences play an important role in activating leaders, but they do not create leaders. In my world, powerful leaders are created in how they habitually show up for themselves when no one is watching. In this episode I discuss traits like overcoming imposter syndrome, learning from failure, and acting from a place of "I am enough" that separates most people from embodied leaders. 🔑 Key Takeaways:The difference between knowing and embodyingWhy what many call "logic" is actually fear in disguiseWhy I say "f this" to Imposter SyndromeWhy the next generation of leaders will be felt, not just seen 💼 Work With Me:Failure is Good for the Soul: A 2 hour live workshop for high-achieving women ready to turn “failure” into fuel for their next level. https://docs.google.com/document/d/13zGJtsO2tQGM9OJetJureo2N2z8RzR9W6tSp4CePGT4/edit?usp=sharingPrivate Coaching: Deep identity work + support through your next expansion https://andreaandree.com/private-coaching/ 🔗Links Mentioned:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/momsgonequantum/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrea-andree/
