Dianne Glasscoe Watterson, RDH, BS, MBA has more than four decades in dentistry. Her business, Watterson Speaking/Consulting LLC is based in Lexington, NC. Since 1997, Dianne has been published extensively, including authoring two monthly columns in national dental publications- one in Dental Economics called "Practice Wisdom" and the other in RDH called "Staff Rx."  Dianne is a well-known provider of continuing education for dental professionals and has presented for associations and major dental meetings across the US.  In addition to serving on the editorial board of RDH magazine, Dianne is a co-author of Foundations of Periodontics for the Dental Hygienist, a text used in many hygiene programs.  She has published two books:  Manage Your Practice Well and The Consummate Dental Hygienist.  Dianne was honored by Dentsply™ as a "Distinguished Dental Professional" in 2005.
