51. Jessica Hensley (Leukemia & Breast Cancer Survivor)

Jessica was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), went through intensive treatment and then was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is a certified yoga instructor and teaches LYT yoga which is a type of yoga incorporating functional movement and physical therapy. On this episode, we discuss the importance of movement and mindset in all aspects of life and how Jessica used these tools to focus on cancer treatment & recovery.
