51 | Redeeming The Body With Marty Langlois

The Catholic Fitness Coach, Marty Langlois joins Mama Jane and Mama Vicki on this episode of the Cycles and Sanctity podcast. Marty shares her inspiring journey of redeeming her body after experiencing a stroke postpartum, related to blood pressure issues during pregnancy. She required six months of physical therapy and occupational therapy to bounce back. This experience helped her find her unique calling in response to integrating the whole person, body and soul, through fitness. Today's conversation takes us along Marty's recovery, her career shifts into personal training and life coaching, and her passion for the Catholic faith integrated into her work.
