51. The Key to Building Confidence is Having Fun

I'm re-releasing this special episode that I recorded from the beaches of Cartagena. I actually recorded this special episode as I walked on the white sands in quiet reflection. In fact, I recorded the episode on a day that I was having the MOST fun and realizing that my confidence has gotten a serious boost not from working on myself, but allowing myself to experience the fullness of this beautiful, fun, outrageous life I'm living. The key to confidence is having fun; and the more we allow ourselves the permission to step completely into it the more our confidence expands. The journey to embodying your most confident self means welcoming in all the parts of you; and to welcome in all the parts of you means embracing your full self without apology. I hope you enjoy some moments of reflection as I allowed myself the fullness of this moment on my quiet secluded part of the world as I celebrate my birthday.
