Coaching taught us to have desire; to determine what we really want, to hope, and to believe and achieve goals. Throughout everybody’s journey there's high points and low points. Coaching helps to enjoy the high points but also maneuver around the lows. We can think things into existence, and we can reach our goals and it’s life changing.
