Today we are in Luke chapter 10 for Day 10 of our 52 Day Luke/Acts Challenge.In this chapter, Jesus sends out the seventy-two and tells them that the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. He also teaches the parable of the Good Samaritan and visits Mary and Martha.Luke 10 gives us a powerful picture of discipleship. We are called to go into the harvest, show mercy to our neighbor, and keep our hearts focused on Jesus.The Good Samaritan reminds us that real love crosses the road. Mary reminds us that time with Jesus is not wasted time.Thanks for joining us as we continue through Luke and Acts together.
