#52 Intentional Parenting (Baby Update)

Good morning! As I type this it is Easter Sunday. My podcasts are not normally completed this close to launch but the week threw a curveball my way. Our baby girl arrived a week early. I was able to experience first hand how Intentional Parenting can create the culture and outcome you want. Take a listen as I describe the enculturation process I used with my son to create the desired response to his baby sister arriving. The methods I used with him are similar to the work I do with business owners and leaders to firm up their organizational models.
